Turned a manual, un-browsable channel feed into a searchable catalog with automatic listing creation from forwarded posts — cutting listing entry from a manual retype to a single forward.

Muhsin Auto sources lightly damaged cars from Korean insurance auctions for repair and resale, but the business ran entirely through a Telegram channel: a scrolling feed of photo posts with no way to search, filter, or browse by fuel type, price, or auction date. Buyers had to read through hundreds of posts by hand, and every listing had to be typed up manually. I built a Telegram Mini App that turns the channel into a proper shopping experience — a browsable grid or a Tinder-style swipe deck, with filters, saved favorites, and a live auction countdown — plus a bot that reads a forwarded channel post and automatically extracts the brand, model, year, mileage, fuel type, and price range from mixed Uzbek/Russian/English text, download the photos, and creates a listing without anyone typing it in by hand. An admin panel lets staff review, edit, and publish listings, manage contacts, and track views and inquiries, all secured by Telegram's own login so there are no separate passwords to manage. I also handled the deployment: packaging the app, setting it up as a system service on the client's existing server, and getting it running safely alongside the other services already there.
